BitchTapes: Songs Inspired by Alice in Wonderland

Lewis Caroll's classic tale Alice in Wonderland celebrated its 150th anniversary in 2015. Wonderland-inspired happenings will continue well into 2016, including art exhibits, as well as a Damon Albarn-penned musical in the UK and a feature film.  Why does this fantastic tumble down the rabbit hole continue to fascinate?  Perhaps because of the story's curious, outspoken heroine, a literary rebel who defied the stuffy stereotype of Victorian-era women. Journey through the looking glass with this list of tunes inspired by this book.
