Feminist Snack Break follows this recipe every week:
1/4 snacks
Howard, as usual, enjoyed several dental treats. I ate leftover Japanese takeout.
1/4 politics
Now that he’s been pardoned by a racist, Racist Arpaio thinks it would be a good idea to run for office. I think it would be a good idea to keep calling him a racist since apparently that bothers him for some reason?
Arpaio's lawyers say #SheriffJoe is distressed and saddened that the narrative around the pardon is that Arpaio is racist.

Reminder that @RealSheriffJoe doesn't like it that people think he's a racist. Sorry about that #racistJoe!

Ivanka threw her support to Papa Trump’s decision to roll back an Obama-era rule meant to diminish the wage gap. Sure sounds like she cares about women who work, right?
1/4 pop culture
Megyn Kelly isn’t doing too well over at NBC—and this is what happens when media outlets are thirsty for Republican clicks without thinking their strategy through.
“Look What You Made Me Do” is the song that launched a thousand (hilarious) takedowns, but The Root drew a clear and important line from white fragility to white privilege with an important lesson to all would-be white allies. (But seriously, doesn’t “Look What You Made Me Do” sound like the perfect Trump/Pence 2020 slogan?)
1/4 Howard
If we made a Howard Feminist Snack Break shirt, lunch bag, or pin, would you be into it? What should it say? We’re collecting ideas for the future…
Catch the next episode of Feminist Snack Break on Wednesday at 10 a.m. PST/1 p.m. EST!
