• A massive Department of Justice survey of sexual assault on college campus found that 25 percent of female students at nine different schools had been sexually assaulted since enrolling in college.  

• The crisis over toxic water in Flint goes deeper than just the water. [New Yorker] 

• Will Smith announces he also be boycotting the Oscars over its all-white slate of best actor nominees, joining wife Jada Pinkett Smith in not attending the ceremony. [Guardian] 

• The new abortion rights restriction laws in Texas are already having disastrous results—like pushing some women to self-induce abortions at home. [RH Reality Check]
