Celebrate All Kinds of Families this Mother's Day

Multiracial organization Forward Together put together a great collection of digital cards to send and share this Mother’s Day. Their “Mamas Day” series has 45 cards from numerous talented artists—all free for you to send and share online.  “Mamahood is not one size fits all,” says the collection’s mission statement. “All mamas deserve to be seen and honored in cards that reflect all the ways our families look.” The cards reflect the ways people define for themselves what family means and is a welcome gift among the onslaught of Mother’s Day commercialism this weekend.

Here are three I love from artists Nikki McClure, Melanie Cervaantes, and Ernesto Yerena.

Thanks, Forward Together! Check out the whole collection here.
