As someone from Madison I can

As someone from Madison I can attest to the racial inequalities in the city and the state of WI. The conversation is often shut down, any any claim of discrepancy dismissed. As someone still in the city, I can promise you its not getting better. The white community refuses to admit that a problem exists.
