TLOK?

Legend Of Korra's ending didn't even make the roundup?

Sad to see it end

I thought the villain fight resolved in a rather convenient Deus-Ex, but most of the characters and their subplots got good enough conclusions that I'm happy with it.

I don't know if you've been following the show through 2014, but they did two seasons this year and many of the problems you pointed out in the post didn't show up in the second half of the series. It wasn't perfect, but it did get much better.

And yes, the creators have confirmed the final scene.
