Hi! I currently cover New York media for mediabistro's FishbowlNY blog and aggregate stories for the mediabistro Morning Newsfeed. For two years, I was editor of Guanabee.com, a site devoted to covering Latino news, culture and gossip, including the odd Wendy Sulca video (she rose to something kind of like fame for a song about breastfeeding -- do check her out). I've contributed to Surface, Playgirl, Racialicious and Sadie magazine, and once had an article cross-posted on Jezebel, much to the apparent dismay of its commenters. I believe it's possible to be a feminist and still enjoy dancing alone to Pitbull in one's room. Every Friday night.
