Gabriela Ramos Tavárez (ella/she/her) is a bisexual, disabled, Afro-Puerto Rican freelance cultural critic and screenwriter based in Atlanta, Georgia. Born and raised in the Caribbean, she graduated from the University of Puerto Rico - Río Piedras campus with a B.A. in Film/Audiovisual Studies and English Literature. She is currently an Africana Studies M.A. student at Georgia State University. Her work is about race, Latinidad, colonialism, queerness, gender, disability, sex, and relationships.
