Nicole Young is an writer and policy wonk living in Philadelphia, who loves to talk about race, Black womanhood, politics, and children’s literature. Nicole graduated from the University of South Carolina with a bachelor’s degree in international studies, and from the University of Pennsylvania with an MSEd in education policy. Her work has been featured in ZORA magazine and she is currently a writer at The African American Policy Forum as well as a co-host of the Kidlit These Days podcast.
