Korean pop-culture has been a great experience. I love me a Korean Drama! The power of the internet (and overpriced AFEES sales) have enabled me to keep up with some of the shows from the U.S. that I love. Right now I am watching last season's Grey's Anatomy, re-watching My Lovely Sam-Soon, and hoping to get my paws on The Tudors. It is not unusual to find Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel, or The Gilmore Girls in my DVD player. Watch out, I am also a huge Star Wars nerd.
I eat fiction like it is Goldfish crackers. NOM. I don't think I could update this fast enough. As a parent I read a lot of YA to keep up w/ what kids are reading these days in order to have discussions w/ my Kid about it. I have just finished Ender's Game, David Gaider's Dragon Age prequels and am pounding through the Bloody Jack series amidst a challenge to read 100 books this year. That should keep me busy, no?
